Why she might be annoying
She tends to play with her hair.
She drew comparisons to Taylor Swift.
At her Grammy performance, complete with neon cactus display, her short and low-cut lampshade dress and teal light-up boots overshadowed her actual show (though Katy Perry tweeted about being interested in a pair).
On naming Willie Nelson as a friendship-crush: ‘Cuz who doesn’t want to be his friend?’ (If he asks you to pay his taxes…)

Why she might not be annoying
One of her favorite school subjects was creative writing (she loved doodling, too).
Before Nashville Star, she already had three self-released CDs – two independent – under her, ahem, holster.
She has written for Miranda Lambert (‘Mama’s Broken Heart’ was nominated in the same category as ‘Merry Go Round’) and Deana Carter.
Lambert is also an alumna of the Opry-like theater at which she got her hands dirty.
She contributed a handful of songs to the Nashville series (one performed by Hayden Panettiere).
