Although she died on Friday, July 9th, it was not made public until Monday, July 12th (2004).
She was divorced.
She sometimes spelled her name with a second 'L' (Isabell).
She was so type cast as Louise Jefferson, that she portrayed that role on other TV shows, in movies and commercials.
She appeared in commercials for Old Navy, Lucky Dog call collect and Denny's restaurant.
She has an extremely recognizable raspy voice.
