Purposely flew a small plane into the 28th floor of a Tampa skyscraper (home of the law firm Shumaker, Loop and Kendrick)
At the time, 2 people were working on the floor that he crashed into (but neither were injured)
Gave the United States a chilling reminder of the September 11 attacks
Why he might be annoying
He crashed a Cessna 172R plane into the 42-story high Bank of America building in Tampa, Florida.
He had sympathy for Osama bin Laden and supported the September 11 terrorist attacks.
While riding the bus to school, he always wore his sunglasses.
Why he might not be annoying
He didn't kill anybody but himself.
By flying into a fairly empty building on a Saturday evening (and dying), he accomplished nothing but his own suicide.
He was a lonely 15-year-old high school freshman.
