    Eleven-time Pro Bowl participant (1994-2000; 2002-2005)
    Named on the 1990's and 2000's NFL All-Decade Teams
    Elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame (2012)
    He was nicknamed 'Nasty.'
    He was 'lightly' recruited out of high school to play football for Louisiana Tech.
    A season-ending injury in 2001 caused the Saints to trade him to the Chiefs for a conditional draft pick.
    He never participated in a Super Bowl.
    His father was a dentist, and his mother was the first African American to serve on the Arkansas Supreme Court.
    He was known for his blocking ability and his considerable speed.
    He was the most awarded player in Saints history (as of 2012).
    After retiring, he became an offensive line coach for the Santa Monica City College football team.
