Why he might be annoying
He kidnapped, sexually abused and killed at least five young boys.
The city of Wineville was forced to change it's name because of the bad press it received from the killings.
His kidnapping of Walter Collins resulted in his mother, Christine Collins, being abused by the LAPD after they tried to reunite her with a boy who was not her son.
Why he might not be annoying
He was sexually abused by his entire family as a child.
Before he was hanged he asked the people present to pray for him.
He was portrayed in the film ‘Changeling.’
