Why he might be annoying:

He shares the same name as actor Steven Hill.
He constantly had the expression on his face which looked like someone was carving something on his back or butt.
On the show he was in the process of getting a divorce and starting flirting, making out and fooling around with roommate, Trishelle.
One of his past job was being a topless bartender in a Texas gay bar.
He tried to look cool on the show, coming off as what seemed like a moronic party animal fraternity guy.
The first concert he has ever been to was ' M.C. Hammer: 2 Legit to Quit'
A lot of people agree that the Las Vegas season was boring because all they did was party, get drunk and have sex with each other.

Why he might not be annoying:

He has really white teeth and a lot of fans think he has a great smile.
When asked what his favorite Real World season was he said, San Francisco because it was amazing for him to watch San Francisco roommate, Pedro get a positive message out about AIDS.
He is currently roommates with his Real World roommate, Frank and his other friend.
