Why he might be annoying:

He was involved with the early 90's rave scene.
He smokes.
He created the infamous 'Smack My Bitch Up' video, which contains scenes of drug and alcohol use, rape, and nudity.
The Prodigy's 2002 single, 'Baby's Got a Temper,' was a critical disaster. He referred to the single as a 'fucking load of shit.'
The song was also largely banned for it's references to date rape and Rohypnol.
He curses profusely in interviews.
He has a history of alcohol and drug abuse.

He is a popular and talented remixer and DJ.
His interest in making music began in his early teens, when he began making mix tapes with songs recorded off the radio.
He has criticized some electronic bands as being 'too purist' for refusing to perform alongside rock bands.
