Why he might be annoying:

    He and his fifteen year old son attacked KC Royals first base coach Tom Gamboa at Chicago White Sox Commiskey Park (September 19, 2002).
    The thirty-four year old man, and fifteen year old son, jumped on the field, blind sided the fifty-four year old coach and began pummeling him.
    He has tattoos.
    His reason for the attack: 'He flicked us off, he got what he deserved.'
    A pocket knife and glass were found on the field.
    The son was released to his mother, but later taken to juvenile detention center.
    He blamed alcohol for his behavior.
    He was arrested for breaking into a car to steal its radio while on probation (April 2004).
    He was sentenced to 30 months probation for attacking Gamboa but after the attempted burglary was sentenced to 57 months in jail (March 2006).

Why he might not be annoying:

    He had a little father/son time at a baseball game.
    He was charged with felony battery.
