Why she might be annoying:

Henry agreed to marry her without meeting her based on her portrait and a recommendation from Lord Chancellor Thomas Cromwell.
When they did meet, Henry declared 'I like her not' and tried to find a way to back out of the marriage.
She told her ladies in waiting that she did not understand why she had not become pregnant since the King lay next to her in bed every night.
The marriage was annulled after seven months on the grounds of non-consummation.
A few weeks later, Henry had Cromwell executed for his role in pushing the marriage.
Although Henry married Anne to shore up his relations with German Protestants, she converted to Catholicism.

Why she might not be annoying:

Considering Henry was morbidly obese with foul-smelling leg ulcers, it hardly seems fair he criticized her appearance.
Some historians think she was not as naive as she pretended, but simply wanted to avoid sex with Henry.
By quietly stepping aside and letting Henry get his annulment without any complications, she not only kept her head, she received a generous financial settlement.
She got along well with both her step-daughters, Queen Mary I and Queen Elizabeth I.
She outlived Henry and his five other wives.
