Why he might be annoying:

Whenever Hitler was arrested during his early Nazi career, Frick used his position as a Bavarian police officer to release him.
He was fired by the police for participating in the Beer Hall Putsch, in which the Nazis tried to overthrow the government of Bavaria.
He signed the Enabling Act that formally turned Germany into a Nazi dictatorship (1933).
He co-wrote the Nuremburg Laws that stripped German Jews of their rights.
As Reichsprotektor of Bohemia and Moravia, he sent thousands of Jews to the Auschwitz concentration camp.
He claimed, 'Hitler was undoubtedly a genius, but he lacked self-control.'

Why he might not be annoying:

He tried to limit the use of 'protective custody' orders to send people to concentration camps (although this was motivated mainly by a power struggle with Heinrich Himmler).
He was replaced as Interior Minister by Himmler.
His son died in World War II.
He was hanged for his crimes.
