Why Adventures in Wonderland might be annoying:

It made Alice Liddell into a 90’s American teenager.
Tweedle-Dum and Tweedle-Dee were always M.C. Hammer wannabes.
For some reason, The White Rabbit spent the entire show riding around on roller skates.
One episode had The Red Queen force the cast into devouring entire boxes of Carrot Crunchies so that she could complete her collection of ‘Famous Bunnies of Film Land’ trading cards (that included ‘Rabbit De Niro,’ ‘Rabbit Redford,’ ‘Bob Hop’ and ‘Julia Rabbits!).
The penultimate episode of its third and final season - ‘White Rabbits Can’t Jump’ - had The White Rabbit get help from his idol OJ Simpson to train for a Wonderland sports tournament.
The episode was shot shortly before Simpson was arrested for the murders of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman and was never aired (it is now considered permanently lost).

Why Adventures in Wonderland might not be annoying:

It won five Emmys during its run.
It was the highest rated show on the Disney Channel in its debut.
It tackled a variety of hot button social issues in kid-friendly ways.
Its cast joined Mister Rogers and Kermit in President Clinton’s Celebration for Children concert held the day before his Inauguration.
It took a page from Lewis Carroll by making The Red Queen a friendly character to Alice (casual viewers tended to mistake her for the villain The Queen of Hearts).
Armelia McQueen was the cast showoff diva of Wonderland who killed it in every show (She sang! She danced! She was a literal Queen!).
It featured Gilbert Gottfried, Willie Nelson, Marlee Matlin, and Pat Sajak as guest stars.
There were 23 episodes considered lost that were made available on Disney Plus once the show was added to streaming (but still minus the OJ episode).
