Why he might be annoying
As a teen, he served time in prison for assault with a knife.
He attended a madrassa that also educated many Taliban leaders.
His group is reportedly linked to the Taliban and al-Qaeda.
Jundallah killed at least 400 Iranians between its founding and Rigi's capture.
He was falsely reported as having been killed during a skirmish in Afghanistan (2005).
He reportedly killed his brother's wife, shooting her while she was asleep.
He personally cut off a captive's head in a video that was shown on 'Dan Rather Reports.'
Why he might not be annoying
He may have received funding from the CIA to destabilize Iran.
He denied having ties to the Taliban or al-Qaeda.
He told Rather his group was 'fighting exclusively for the rights of Sunni Muslims in Iran' and to 'improve conditions for ethnic Baluchis.'
He was executed in front of the families of victims of Jundallah attacks.
