The Resume

    (1960- )
Born in The Bronx, New York
Members included Judy Craig, Patricia Bennett, Barbara Lee and Sylvia Peterson
Recorded the singles 'He's So Fine' (1963), 'One Fine Day' (1963), 'I Have a Boyfriend' (1963) and 'Sweet Talkin' Guy' (1966)

Why they might be annoying:

Their recording of 'He's So Fine' was rejected by ten record companies before being released.
When George Harrison was sued for plagiarizing 'My Sweet Lord' from 'He's So Fine,' they tried, without success, to capitalize on the controversy by recording a cover of 'My Sweet Lord.'
They continue on the oldies circuit featuring just one original singer, Judy Craig, with her daughter and her niece filling in for the missing members.

Why they might not be annoying:

'He's So Fine' hit #1 and 'One Fine Day' reached #5 on the singles chart.
They opened for the Beatles first US concert and the Rolling Stones first US tour.
They were inducted into the Vocal Group Hall of Fame (2005).
