    Green Peace has attacked his work of genetically altering food as dangerous to the future.
    His Genetically Engineered food is estimated to have fed well over a billion people.
    After winning the international humanitarian award from the Rotary of Spain, he donated $20,000 of the prize to fund The Norman Borlaug Heritage Foundation.
    He helped reverse food shortages in India and Pakistan during the 1960's.
    He spent much of his life trying to bring high yield crops to Africa.
