Music Producer
    (July 29, 1977- )
Born in White Plains, New York
Birth name was Brian Joseph Burton
    Member of Gnarls Barkley
Recorded the albums 'Ghetto Pop Life' (2003) 'The Mouse and the Mask' (with MF Doom, 2005) and 'From Man to Mouse' (2007)
Produced the albums 'Demon Days' by the Gorillaz (2005), 'Attack & Release' by the Black Keys (2008) and 'Modern Guilt' by Beck (2008)
He began performing in a mouse costume because he was too shy to show his face.
His website calls him 'an artist and producer too fast and too unique to be triangulated.' (Huh?)
He first became famous for 'The Grey Album' (2004), a mash-up of dubious legality between the Beatles's 'White Album' and Jay-Z's 'Black Album.'
'The Grey Album' was downloaded from the internet 100,000 times in a single day.
He turned down several offers to produce big name acts, saying 'I only go with what I am really passionate about.'
As a producer and member of Gnarls Barkley he has been nominated for 11 Grammys (through 2009).
