Why he might be annoying:

He killed seven spectators and injured another ten.
His attack was shown on live TV.
Although he told police the attack was a deliberate act aimed at the royal family, he never revealed his motive.

Why he might not be annoying:

Initial rumors that his car had been rigged with explosives were denied by the police.
He had no prior criminal record or history of mental illness.
According to his parents, he held no ill will towards the royal family and described the Queen as 'a stabilizing force.'
