He considered contracting the Montreal Expos and the Minnesota Twins after the 2001 baseball season.
He presided over the 1994 baseball strike that cancelled the World Series for the first time since 1904.
His decision wanting to contract the Twins, would help his team the Brewers.
During his reign as commissioner, baseball has come to the point where only the most wealthy teams are pennant contenders.
He is an ex-car salesman.
He was forced to end the 2002 All Star Game in a tie.
He claimed baseball lost $232 million in 2001, but Forbes reported baseball profited $70 million.

Why he might not be annoying:

He allowed the Baltimore Orioles to play against the Cuban National Team (1999).
He was 'not unhappy' when the Twins and Expos were both doing well early in the 2002 season.
He thinks baseball players should be good role models.
