Why he might be annoying:

He had an affair with the family babysitter that reportedly began when she was 14.
He avoided statutory rape charges when she refused to cooperate with authorities.
After the scandal broke, he checked himself into alcohol rehab.
John Kennedy Jr. called Michael and Joseph P. Kennedy II 'poster boys for bad behavior.'
At the time of his accident, he was using one hand to ski and the other to operate a camcorder, and had been warned by the resort ski patrol about violating safety rules.

Why he might not be annoying:

Citizens Energy was a non-profit company that provided heating fuel for the poor.
He said, 'I think the most important aspect people associate with my family is that one person can make a difference in this world if they try.'
His death occurred just five days before Sonny Bono's in a similar accident.
