Why he might be annoying:

He refused blacks the right to live in his developments.
He made all the house in the neighborhood identical.
He destroyed forests for wood.
If people didn't mow their lawns, he would dispatch gardeners to do it for them, then send them the bill.
Many suburban streets are named after the trees that were chopped down and the animals whose homes were destroyed in order to build.
People who live in suburban towns require cars to survive.
Teenagers are so bored that they have a tendency to resort to alcohol and drug use.

Why he might not be annoying:

He envisioned a neighborhood that's outside of town, but close enough that the residence can work and take recreation.
His company, Levitt & Sons, Inc. had become the biggest builders of houses in the country.
He set a uniformly inexpensive price of $7,990 on all the houses.
