Infielder for the San Francisco Giants (1991–95), St. Louis Cardinals (1996–98), Texas Rangers (1998–2000), Chicago White Sox (2001–02), Milwaukee Brewers (2003), Colorado Rockies (2004), Arizona Diamondbacks (2005), Washington Nationals (2006), Cincinnati Reds (2006), Toronto Blue Jays (2007) and the Boston Red Sox (2007)

Why he might be annoying:

His nickname was 'Rolls.'
He became a journeyman player after he left the Chicago White Sox.
He sported enormous dreadlocks.
He played on four teams during his final two Major League seasons.
Despite his name and likeness being used in the 2002 film 'The Rookie,' he did not actually appear in the movie.

He was a top 15 pick (1987).
He played as a reserve for the National League All-Star team (1997).
Although a healthy scratch during the 2007 World Series, he was able to receive a ring despite not playing during the Red Sox playoff run.
