Why Savannah, Georgia might be annoying:

It has monsoon-like weather in summer.
An important city in its early years, it was eventually eclipsed by Atlanta.
It is considered one of the most haunted cities in the United States.
Many think it a hotbed of corruption and hoodoo, thanks to the true crime book ‘Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil’ (1994).
Its famous historic region allows open containers of alcoholic beverages.
The Savannah accent, according to The Office, is ‘like molasses, just sort of spillin’ out of your mouth.’

Why Savannah, Georgia might not be annoying:

It is the United States’ first planned city.
It is one of the most ethnically diverse cities in the American South.
General Sherman offered it to Abraham Lincoln as a Christmas present after capturing it during the Civil War.
Its historic district has free transit (just as well if it allows open containers of alcohol).
It hosts the US’s second biggest St. Patrick’s Day parade.
It is home to both the US’s oldest orphanage and Masonic lodge.
